No fillers. Just spices.

No unnecessary sugar or dextrose, no cornstarch, no wheat flour, no MSG. Just real spices and a touch of olive oil so the flavor sticks to your food instead of falling to the bottom of the jar.

Quick Answers

Is it gluten free?

Yes, no gluten in the ingredients. Made in a facility that processes wheat, so not certified GF

How long does a jar last?

Each jar has around 150 servings. For most families that's a couple of months of regular use.

Why are my spices clumping?

Red seasonings, think chili, paprika, and similar blends have a tendency to clump more than others and moisture isn't usually the culprit. The natural oils found in these peppers and spices are the real cause, binding the powder together over time.

A little clumping is simply the tradeoff for a better product. Just break it up with a spoon or a good shake. The flavor is completely unaffected. Store in a cool, dry place to minimize it, but if it happens, take it as a sign you've got the real stuff.
