Spice Rubbed Flank Steak

Ingredients:

For the spice rub

For the Tomato Salsa

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro roughly chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • ½ red onion, finely diced 
  • Kosher salt freshly ground pepper

Directions: 

  1. Prepare a grill to medium high heat and brush with olive oil. 
  2. Meanwhile, drizzle the steak with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle the steak with all of the Dalkin&Co Meat Seasoning. Grill the steak, until you have grill marks on both sides. (4 minutes per side for medium-rare, 5 minutes per side for medium.)
  3. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, slice against the grain and top with the tomato salsa.
  5. For the tomato salsa: Combine the tomatoes, cilantro, onion and lime juice toss to combine; season with salt and pepper.
