Instructions:
- Combine Gaby’s Everyday and the Salt together.
- Prep the Turkey: Set a wire cooling rack on a baking sheet and place the turkey on the rack.
- Apply the Brine: Rub the dry brine on the back, the legs, and the breasts.
- Refrigerate: Place the turkey, uncovered, in the fridge for at least 24 hours and up to 72 hours.
After Brining:
